I’ve always had a pleasant and positive experience at this practice. The front desk is always professional and friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr Schell for over a year and AMazing is an understatement. She listens and offers her knowledge and experience and has been a life saver for me. Highly recommend!!

Dr Schell is a God send. Seriously, she's so patient and knowledgeable and I love how she views the body and ailments in a very holistic way. Her approach to medicine has changed my life. Within a couple years of being see by her, she has helped me overcome two conditions that I have seen doctors regarding for YEARS. Each and every time I would go to a doctor before Dr Schell, they would push me to take medications that either made the conditions worse or gave me new issues, but Dr Sarah was committed at the beginning to getting to the root of the problem and seeing me get better. We do not have a health care system, we have a sick care system BUT what these folks at Edmonds Wellness Clinic do- THAT IS HEALTH CARE.

Massage therapy is awesome! But only one massage therapist working in the clinic. Keep in mind that the appointment has to book 2 months ahead of time (Probably because I only get message therapy instead of establishing chiropractic care there). If you need to reschedule appt...impossible to get it in 30 days of waiting time.

Dr. Koch is so excellent! The massage portion of the treatment is relaxing and very effective. He is very good about explaining what he is doing and why he is doing it. He comes up with a treatment plan that will work and doesn’t make you come in more than necessary. I 100% recommend him!

I have been under the care of Chantil Benjamin, LMP for a few months now and I must say she is really good at what she does. I underwent a head and neck radiation and chemo therapies in 2018 and I’m dealing with it’s long term side effects. At my very first session with her, she listened and talked to me thoroughly on what my concerns and goals are on my massage therapies with her. Since then, she had been taking care of me through these massage therapies. She really focuses on my issues and her massage therapies have helped me feel more relaxed. I wish there was more than one opening per month so I could at least have two sessions with her. :) Thank you, Chantil! My husband and I (he also sees Chantil for his massage therapies) appreciate you and all that you do!

Now I have to say, my multiple acupuncture appointments with Dr. Nguyen was amazing, I believe he is extremely personable and respectful and he is truly akin with his practice. Anyone looking for acupuncture, he is wonderful to go and I truly recommend with a 5/5 star rating. Nancy, the front desk receptionist is unpleasant. Talking on the phone with her, and even her greetings with sign in experiences, I've been met with discomfort and frank rudeness. To the point, where I have decided to stop coming to Edmonds Wellness Clinic which makes me sad. Customer Service is a hard job, I understand, but to treat another respectful client with such disconnection and impatience is disrespectful to the holistic healing community and disgraces the act of connection no matter how short the conversation. Covid-19 and the political situation has been hard on everybody, the lack of empathy coming from her end was inexcusable. Anjelika

Dr. Koch is awesome. His chiropractic plan and course of action are tailored for each person. The massage is very relaxing and the correction part is very well done. I highly recommend.

Worst massage of my life! Sadly I don’t remember her name. I was in full back spasm. This was my first time with this woman. I wasn’t on the table more than 5 min when I actually had her stop. She was all over the place. No rythym. Her jacket kept hitting the back of my head. She was causing me even more pain! I was afraid she would do more harm then good. I stopped the massage and exited. I stopped at the front desk to let the receptionist know. I didn’t want someone to be subjected to that woman’s torture. I was brushed off told snidely “ we’ve never had an issue before”. Ok then. Great customer service! That was the last time I stepped foot in that den of torture. GO ELSEWHERE!
