Great Clips

I recently visited one of the Great Clips locations for a haircut. The staff were very kind and friendly, which I truly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the haircut I received. Once I got home and had a better look, I realized the cut was uneven and not something that could easily be fixed. Unfortunately, I ended up shaving my head because it was beyond repair. While I don’t like leaving negative reviews—especially when the employees were polite—I feel it’s important to share my experience. Based on the quality of the haircut, I personally wouldn’t recommend this location for a precise or professional cut.

Was pretty much what I'd expect from a Great Clips. Good service, good price. It would have just been around $18-$20 but I got wax for my hair.

Liked getting my haircut here. The lady who cut my hair was very nice and consistent. I normally cut my own hair but I do like to go to some places to see how there customers service is and this place went above and beyond. I also like to test some people when they cut my hair to do a style that they think fits me and they did a very nice job. It wasn't to short but not to long. Definitely go here. I got my haircut, my back neck trimmed, my eyebrows trimmed and my sideburns trimmed and most of everything was what she suggested and was spot on.

Unfortunately, today I got the worst haircut of my life. Guys, come on, I’m not talking about personal preferences I’m talking about the basics of haircutting. If the person who cut my hair doesn’t know what they’re doing, then why do they keep ruining people’s hair? When a haircut gets messed up, it’s very hard to fix because it takes time and no one can give you that time back.

Excellent customer service and services they offer. Erica and Gina are top notch stylists. They consistently do amazing work here.

Lisa is my hair angel. Always listens,gives advice,is a fabulous hairdresser. I love my hair when she cuts it. It keeps its shape for a long time. She cut my hair with an injured knee. The best

Good day Great Clips! Alright here it comes and this is just being a constructive criticism hopefully your hair dresser can learn from it. Last year I went to this location and a young man with very short hair and tattoos cut my hair and he didn’t really have the confidence and was constantly asking another hair dresser for advice on my hair. The fade kept getting higher and higher. Asked for another help cause they were trying to save my hair from destruction. It ended up a disaster but I told him it’s okay! It’ll grow back and hope he learns from it. So I got him and buzzed all of my hair. Fast forward to a year later, the same guy was there still asking questions to another hair dresser on how to finish up one of his customers. So I was getting a little nervous. So an older lady was cutting my hair and asked for a fade, 1&2 but she buzzed all the way up and ended up looking like a cockatoo. It was horrible yet again. She never even took out a mirror to show the back cause she knew it looked horrible. So whoever owns this place can you please have a team meeting with your hair dressers? It really is awful and I have yet again have to buzz my hair. Please can you put more efforts in cutting gentleman’s hair? As you can see I have given it a try again but I hope that someone finds a way to perhaps show how to properly do a fade? Thank you so much
