Just got 2 Cheeseburger meal and a medium Coke and 2 McChicken and a medium fries with a Sweet Tea. The Sweet Tea wasn't Sweet at all. Both of the Chesseburger didn't have Mustard on them when the wrapping has the words "ONLY MUSTARD" but no Mustard. The burgers were also dry as well. The Coke also tasted flat too.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I still had to go inside after that to get my food. Then waited another 5 minutes for someone to help me. Then another 5 minutes to get my food. Management was bagging the food and didn't even apologize for my wait! Fries were barely passable and burgers were cold! So what the hell was taking 40 minutes if you are serving old food Worst McDonald's experience EVER!

I'm a delivery driver and every time I come I ring the bell and get ignored. The 1 time I waited over 35 mins, and range the bell once every 10 mins. I then went around the front where I saw them instantly give another driver his order, and I saw mine behind the counter with my code. The lady manager who's always there then said I have to go to the window(where I waited 35 mins) I told her this and she looked and said I came 7 mins ago, because that's when the last time the bell was rung, which is because i rung it 2 times before. Now I take a picture with timestamp when I arrive for proof, same thing happened today and she said go to the window where I waited 25 mins. The order was ready the whole time and the same lady manager got mad and said oh well u dont have to get the order here go somewhere else. I worked at McDonald's before personally, and I will be contacting corporate.

There's always issues but it's the closest one, so we're kind of at their mercy. I ordered two six-piece chicken nugget meals, One was fine. The other one didn't have chicken nuggets in the box but instead had entenmann crumble donut in it. They don't even sell that. What the hell. Paid $6 for a freaking donut.

I would like to start off by saying that the staff their were very welcoming and inviting. When I asked for extra food because I was unfortunately low on funds they obliged me and gave me a hash brown and small soda compliments to the staff on duty, thank you. My grievances however is with the manager who interrupted my meal and told me not to ask for free food anymore which I thought was very unprofessional. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt unwelcomed afterwards. All I wanted to do was eat by myself peacefully but I was so uncomfortable that I left immediately after. Now I understand asking for free food comes at an inconvenience to the restaurant but to interrupt a customer while he's eating to complain to him is absurdly unprofessional and considering that was the manager I am highly disappointed in that restaurant. All the other workers there were golden and I tip my hat off to every single one of them but the manager on duty could use some serious retraining.
