I had an amazing experience with Megan! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. My Botox and filler results look so natural and refreshed—I couldn’t be happier! Megan really took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone skilled and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be back!

I can't say enough great things about Stephanie and Wendy! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Both are incredibly professional, yet so warm and approachable. They truly take the time to listen to your concerns and offer their expert opinions without ever being pushy. My Botox results are absolutely amazing—I couldn’t be happier! They really take the time to understand your unique needs and tailor everything to ensure you get the best possible outcome. It’s clear they care about their clients and take pride in their work. Highly recommend these two! They’re a dynamic duo, and I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing place!! From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff, Megan,Sam,Ashleigh,Taylor,Kiersten and Melissa took time with me to answer questions and explain their services. I have loved my outcome!! If you are looking for a top notch aesthetics facility then look no more. This is it in my opinion.

I visited the Cornelius location today for lip fillers. The doctor (Stephanie) who did my filler was amazing. She was very informative and sweet. The medical assistant (Wendy) was also amazing. I was very nervous and they did everything they could to assure me it would go well. This is my first time here and I will definitely be a long time client. The procedure was also pain free thanks to them numbing me correctly! Thank you guys so much my fillers look amazing!!!

Before making this review, I waited one working day to see if this business would reach out to me, and they have not, so there’s no need to apologize here in this forum because I’m posting my comments. I had a scheduled appointment for 1115 on Tuesday, 13 May, 2025. I was on time for my appointment. I was placed in an exam room by a very nice aesthetician that was working the front desk upon my arrival. I sat in that exam room for 46 minutes without anyone coming in or saying anything to me. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s and after sitting in that exam room for 46 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment, I chose to leave. When I got to the front desk there was no one sitting there. I wanted to provide the professional courtesy of notifying someone I was leaving. I picked up the sticky note pad on the reception desk and began to write a note explaining that I had been waiting since 1115 and I was now leaving. I signed to note. As I finished my note, a different receptionist/employee came to the front desk and I explained to her that I was just leaving a note and I was not going to wait any longer. She advised me they were very busy. She asked if I wanted to reschedule. I advised her I absolutely did not want to reschedule, please close my account, I would not be returning. Overbooking appointments identifies to me that Allure doesn’t appreciate my business or my time, it’s all about money. I do understand that’s why in business, but my time is as valuable as theirs and I don’t like being taken advantage of. Allure provided poor customer service to me during my visit. Lastly, on Monday, I did receive a phone call confirming my appointment. The lady that called said her name was Nancy. She reminded me of the date and time and my response was “I’ll see you tomorrow.” Nancy hung up on me; no thank you, no good bye - nothing.

I love this place. I love my lips. Stephany and Wendy did an amazing job on my lip fillers. It’s my second time. I’ll definitely be joining the lip club again in 2025 for sure. My lips look amazing and not overfilled. They always listen to my wants and do them the way I like. This is how they looked after the swelling went down. Thank you Allure!!

Stephany Steen did an AMAZING job of listening to what I wanted and what I wanted to achieve. She was very professional, and she took her time with me and made sure I was very happy with the final results. She made me feel BEAUTIFUL and more confident in myself!!! Wendy was also very helpful, and professional at what she does. They both made me feel so welcome for my 1st visit and I will continue going to their Allure Medical Office in Cornelius. Thank you both so very much for an AWESOME visit!!!!
