BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order with this “store” that claims to be a, “Maison Berger Authorized Diamond Dealer” in early November and never received the complete order. I tried reaching out to this seller several times via email and phone, and never received a response back by either method. I contacted Maison Berger corporate just to inform them about the customer service experience with this “authorized seller”and was informed that The Lampe Store/Lampe Berger Store is NOT an authorized reseller of Maison Berger products. I would suggest buying elsewhere.

Very frustrating Customer Service experience. Three emails and one phone call and I haven't had any response. A very long wait time on the phone led me to a voicemail box, but then was given a "this voice mailbox is full" response. Cannot recommend any business which does not respond to customers.
