Mansion/Casey were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire building process of my house. Starting with the design, and any customer service post-install, I highly recommend them and their wonderful products!

Mansion replaced my accordion doors leading out to my patio with beautiful sliders enhancing my lake view significantly !! The entire process was top notch from sales to installation. I highly recommend Casey and the Mansion team for A+ sales/service on any door and window projects!

Big doors are tricky and our 8' wide Origin 3 panel trifold was no exception especiallywith a builder who was not as sharp on detail. Casey supported his team well and in the end saw it through and followed up after install. His install crew was also awesome and remarked that our door had a better fit than their showroom model! It's a show Stopper and we thank Casey and Mansion for their contribution on our home!

We used Mansion windows to replace our old windows and doors. We worked with Ryan and the communication was not good and we had to constantly go back and forth with him to get an update for the timeline for delivery. Also, they sent 2 wrong windows for installation and when my wife asked, we had to pay for it again even though it was their fault to send the incorrect window. As a physician, I expect professionalism and honesty and integrity from people around us which is sadly missing with Mansion. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

David came and took measurements and the whole ordering process from start to finish was very impressive. Nothing but positive feedback from him!
